Agcl is white in color and is formed by the reaction between colorless aqueous silver nitrate to a colorless solution solution of sodium chloride to produce an opaque white precipitate.

Copper iodide (CuI2) shows brown colour in its natural state.

Similarly, Silver chloride (AgCl) is naturally white in colour.

Hence,

CuI2 : Brown : : AgCl : White

Cul2 is related with brown in the same way AgCl is realted to white.
