Steps :

Step 1 : Draw a line segment AB of 4.5 cm

Step 2 : Take an arc of 5.5 cm as BC

Step 3 : Take an arc of 7 cm as AC

Step 4 : Join both and mark point of intersection as C

Step 5 : Take an arc of 6 cm as CD

Step 6 : Take ah arc of 7 cm as AD

Step 7 : Join both arcs
