Answer:
The culture and traditions are one of the most important identity of a human being in a country. However, this scenario was being changed due to various factors.
Firstly, the tradition and culture of our ancestor was mainly known by our grand parents. People are not showing any interest to learn about their priceless culture because of running behind towards their life. it is very sad to digest a fact that, if any old aged people dies in a family, then the tradition and culture of that particular family would also be buried along with them. in this contemporary lifestyle, people are re-writing the methods of culture based on their convenience, that will never help to study about the habitual roots of our ancient people.
On the other hand, enormous routes are existing ti show development in preserving a tradition.More awareness should be created among adults and mid-aged people about the importance of olden cultures. It would be remarkable, if the schools can introduce cultural and traditional development as a separate subject. Though our grandparents are more expert in their period, people must try to get educated about them. Another key to remember is that, our people should work to safeguard their traditions, so that they can transfer them to their future generations. The best example is, the culture of wearing traditional dresses in south India is still in habit, which was started before 2000 years.
In conclusion, the culture and tradition is the major factor to study about our ancient human being, Due to the development in standards of people and society, it is getting changed from one generation after another, but it can be detered by making the people to acquire the taste of learning about our culture, that can carry the hysteria throughout their life.
Answer: hey friend here is your answer
Explanation:
It has been observed that cultures and traditions have been changing with every generation. In my opinion, the reason behind this is the disintegration of joint families along with a more career-oriented mindset of the recent generations. Several steps can be taken to change this.
It is a well-known fact that cultural values and traditions are passed down from grandparents to grandchildren. However, due to changing lifestyle joint families are slowly and gradually getting converted to nuclear families. This prevents the grandparents from passing down beliefs and traditions to children. As the current generation is not aware of what their family beliefs and values are, they will follow the ones that they believe are appropriate. Secondly, as families become nuclear and parents focus more on their careers they have little time to transfer their culture and traditions to their children. Children learn from the actions of their parents and hence end up acting in the same way with their children as their parents did with them. Unfortunately, this hampers the adoption of family values and traditions.
To address the situation, people should be made aware of the benefits of staying in a joint family. This can be achieved through NGO or government agencies staging roadshows or seminars that highlight the advantages. The government should also contemplate introducing additional tax benefits for people who prefer to stay in a joint family. To add to that, schools should introduce activities around culture and traditions that require greater involvement from parents. This would force the parents to contribute to the task and they would eventually end up passing down their traditions and cultures.
To conclude, to ensure that age-old traditions and cultures stay intact and are passed down from generation to generation, the government and schools should play an active role in spreading awareness about the positives of staying in a joint family along and help facilitate conversation between parents and children on topics of culture and tradition through various activities.
