Explanation:

This is a redox reaction in which copper reacts with ammonia to produce copper which is a oxydysing agent. It itself gets reduced but oxydises H2O in this reaction. And H2O is a reducing agent which gets oxidized but reduces cu and N2 in the reaction. N2 is also a oxydysing agent which gets reduced but oxidizes H2O in the reaction.
