curd is getting sour when heat is given for long time naturally but when mixing and eating with hot rice for few minutes it's not getting sour faster as it gets much heat.why?​

Answer:

because will heating the curd gets direct heat and results it to be sour and while mixing with hot rice it gets steam which does take part in making the sour faster.

Answer:

curd is getting sour bcoz of oxidation reaction!!! when milk is left at room temperature when it's change into milk to sour!!! bcoz growth of microorganisms occur in which curd are sour in taste!!!!
