▪Curd shouldn't be stored in Brass and Copper vessels . This is because Curd contains Lactic Acid. This can react with Copper and Brass , that are metals . This can lead to accumulation of poisonous substances !

✔Hence , as a protective measure curd is not stored in metallic containers.

because curd is actually an acid (lactic acid) which on keeping copper and brass vessels reacts with copper and brass and forms their respective salt . As we know that when an acid reacts with metal it forms salt + hydrogen .
And these salt are dangerous for our health
