Given: I = (2t+4)

Here, t = 2s

So, Current I = 2*2 + 4

I = 8A

Now, I = Q/t

8 = Q/2

Q = 16C

Thus the charge flowing through the cross section in 2s is 16C

Answer:

Current flowing through a wire varies with time t in seconds as l=(2t+4)A.

Charge passes through a cross section of wire in 2s. is 12 coulomb.

Explanation:

TO FIND: The charge passes through a cross section of the wire.

Given : l=(2t+4)A

            t=0sec ,t =2 sec

          i=dФ/dt

          i=4+2t

          4+2t =dФ/dt

         ∫dФ=∫4+2tdt

          Ф =4t+2t^2/2

  The charges passes through through a cross section t=0sec to t=2 sec

    Ф =4*2+2^2-0

   Ф =12 coulomb
