Current through a wire is 0.5 amp when a potential difference of 2 volt

is applied across it. What will the current be if the potential difference is increased to 6 volt?

If the same wire is folded onto itself, then what current will flow through it with 6 volt

potential difference?

Answer:

V= I R

I=V/R

i1/i2 = V1/V2

0.5/i2 =2/6

i2 = 0.5× 3 amp

=1.5 amp
