Currently im in 10th grade. And im an aspirant of both IIT and MIT.. which one should i aim at? IIT or MIT?

Whatever you skills and knowledge levels are you know them better. Your aptitude in maths, physics, chemistry, general aptitude, and other subjects is what you need. Depending on your speed of answering and the score, you can decide what you can achieve.
Evaluate it along with your close classmates or close friends who know your general abilities and schooling. Consider their opinion if you are not able to decide.
