curved surface area of cylinder=pi×r(r+h)
44=22/7×1(1+h)
44×7/22=1+h
2×7=1+h
14=1+h
h=14-1
h=13cm

therefore the height of the cylinder is 13 cm

HERE "R" IS RADIUS OF THE BASE OF THE CYLINDER AND "H" IS HEIGHT OF THE CYLINDER.

SO 2πRH=44CM^2

GIVEN RADIUS {R}=1CM

SO, TAKING π=22/7

2×(22/7)×1×H=44CM^2

(44/7)×H=44CM^2

H=(44/44)×7

H=7CM

SO HEIGHT IS 7CM OF THE CYLINDER.
