Hi guy here's your answer
Cuscuta is a parasitic plant. It has no chlorophyll and cannot make itsown food by photosynthesis. Instead, it grows on other plants, using their nutrients for its growth and weakening the host plant.

Heya !

cuscuta does not have chlorophyll it takes ready ready - made food from the plant on which it is climbing . The plant on which it is climbing is called a host . Cascuta takes its food from the host plant and deprives the host of those valuable nutrients.

Hope this helps you ^_^
