We should make a proper budget and then spend the money. If we go overboard with our expenses, we would not have money for the bare necessities of life or any emergencies. Spending money more than we have or promising something we know we cannot deliver, will lead us to trouble and worse. He is a wise man who knows how to spend his money without getting himself into trouble.
