Cutaneous gland are present in skin almost covering entire body part. Cutaneous gland are of two type’s sebaceous gland and sweat gland. Sweat gland are further divided in to merocrine and apocrine, secretion is milky in appearance, they are not present in region like pubic region, axilla, and around the anus.
Sebaceous gland are associated with origination of hair follicle, secretion oily in appearance and hence restricted at area like palms and soles of feet.
