Sweat gland are further divided in to merocrine and apocrine, secretion is milky in appearance, they are not present in region like pubic region, axilla, and around the anus.

Sebaceous gland are associated with origination of hair follicle, secretion oily in appearance and hence restricted at area like palms and soles of feet.
