Explanation:

The speed of the cycle on the circular track = 5 m/s

The radius of the circular track, r =  $\frac{35}{22}$ m

We know that in 1 round the distance covered by the cycle on the circular track will be equal to the circumference of the circular track, therefore,

Circumference = 2πr = 2 * $\frac{22}{7}$ * $\frac{35}{22}$ = 2 * 5 = 10 m

So, the distance travelled by cycle in 3 rounds = 10 * 3 = 30 m
