The time taken by the cycle in completing 3 rounds will be 6 seconds.

Explanation:

The speed of the cycle on the circular track = 5 m/s

The radius of the circular track, r =  \frac{35}{22} m

We know that in 1 round the distance covered by the cycle on the circular track will be equal to the circumference of the circular track, therefore,

Circumference = 2πr = 2 * \frac{22}{7} * \frac{35}{22} = 2 * 5 = 10 m

So, the distance travelled by cycle in 3 rounds = 10 * 3 = 30 m

Thus,

The time taken by the cycle in completing 3 rounds will be,

= \frac{Distance}{Speed}

= \frac{30 m}{5 m/s}

= 6 seconds
