so the cycle moves with a speed of 18km/hour

so 18km=18×1000=18000m

and 1hour=60×60=3600 second

so hence the speed will be 18000/3600 ms^-1

= 5 ms^-1 (ans)

hope this helps..pls mark this brainliest

sagar387: thanks

Speed in km per hour = 18km/hr
Speed in m per second = ?
We know, 1 hour has (60×60) 3600 seconds
AND 1 km = 1000m
So,
= 18×1000/3600
= 18000/3600
= 5 m/s
!!! HOPE IT HELPED !!!
