I think the answer should be (III)
because first the carbonyl oxygen will get protonated by H+.
Then the bond will completely get shifted to O+H form -OH
and the carbonation is formed on which the lone pair of oxygen from cyclohexanol will attack on it and this process will once more take place giving the product.
