curved surface area of cylinder and cone are 2 x pi x r^2 and pi x r x l (given same radius and hyt ) so its pi x r^2 respectively
ratio = 2 x pix r^2 : pi x r^2
       = 2:1( after cancellation of pi and r^2)

CSA =2πrh(cylinder)

CSA=πrl(cone)

Their ratio is 2πrh:πrl

=2h:l

We can't do more than this since we don't know whether height and slant height are equal.
