P1 = 100 atm
V2 = ?
P2 = 1 atm
Using Boyle's Law,
P1 * V1 = P2 * V2
V2 = P1 * V1 / P2
= 25 * 100/ 1
= 2500
V2 = 2500 L
No of flasks = 2500 * 1000 / 250 [Since 1 L = 1000 cm3]
= 10,000
