Given:

Height of cylindrical pipe h = 6 m.

Diameter of the cylindrical pipe = 70 cm = 0.7 m.

So, Radius of the cylindrical pipe r = d/2

                                                         = 0.7/2

                                                         = 0.35 m

We know that curved surface area of the pipe = 2πrh

⇒ 2 * (22/7) * (0.35) * 6

⇒ 2 * 0.05 * 22 * 6

⇒ 13.2.

∴ Cost of coating per m^2 = 3.50.

Then, Cost of coating 13.2 per m^2:

⇒ 3.50 * 13.2

46.2.

Hope it helps!
