inner radius -- 7cm.

outer radius -- 7cm + 2cm. -- 9cm.

outer surface area -- 2πh(R+r)

-- 2*22/7*h(9+7).

-- 44/7*16h

-- 704/7 h.

u haven't written the height of pipe,

so, just see in the question and multiply the value of 'h' with 704/7. it will provide you the outer surface area of the pipe.
