Cystic lesion is a fluid type sac-like structure which is filled with some retention watery fluids and air which can form in any part of body or tissue cells, pseudocysts on the other hand are disguising themselves as benign cysts, as, malignant Cystic lesions are more observable in pancreas they can be mistaken for a psuedocyst or a "fake cyst".
So the statement given above (in your question),"Cystic lesion in body of pancreas could represent a pseudocyst of pancreas",
Given the criteria the Cystic lesion is harmless in most of the cases and can represent a pseudocyst leading to surgeries which are not required. Pseudocyst is the consequence of acute pancreatitis which have inflammatory tissues and to some extent can develop necrosis. It is a pancreatic fluid consisting of the enzyme amylase and other pancreatic enzymes such as insulin, etc. To find a psuedocyst in a pancreatic Cystic lesion is an extremely difficult job as we have to first collect the documents of the patient's medical history and search for clues everywhere for a possible pancreatic psuedocyst, another clue might be the low amylase collective enzyme which if found in less abundance it might have got collected to form a pseudocyst, these cysts are thick with viscous secretions.
