In a parallelogram ABCD, if ZA = (2x + 35)° and ZC = (3x – 5)..
Find : (1) the value of x (ii) measure of each angle of ABCD.
(Hint: ZA = 2C, ZB = 2D and ZA + B + 2C + 2D = 360°.)

Answer:
In ∥gm opposite angles are supplementary.
Therefore,
∠B+∠D=180
∘
2x+25+3x−5=180
∘
x=
5
180−20
=32
∠B=2x+25=(2∗32)+25=89
∘
∠D=3x−5=(3∗32)−5=91
