65% is equivalent to 7/35^ * 65=13L

Bucket is already filled with 7L that is 35% To make an empty bucket of same capacity to be 65% filled We need 13L so volume of water required to fill the bucket from 35% filled to 65% filled that is from 7L to 13L filled We need more (13 - 7) * L = 6L
