m2 = 250/1000 = 0.25 kg

m3 = 10/1000 = 0.01 kg

then, 0.1 * 0.1 * (30 - T) + 0.25 * 0.4 * (30 - T) = 0.01 * 1 * (T - 0)

or, 0.3 - 0.01 T + 3 - 0.1T = 0.01T

or, 3.3 = 0.12 T

or, T = 3.3/0.12 = 27.5 °C
