so, acc to mid pt theorem, DE is parallel to AC and half the size of AC

also, DF|| BC and D is the mid pt of AB

so acc to mid pt theorem, F is also the mid pt of AC, DF is parallel to BC and half the size of BC.

So DB=EF and are parallel

& DF=BE and are parallel

So DBEF is a parallelogram..

Hence proved
