Answer:

1. Universal suffrage (also called universal franchise, general suffrage, and common suffrage of the common man) gives the right to vote to all adult citizens, regardless of wealth, income, gender, social status, race, ethnicity, political stance, or any other restriction, subject only to relatively minor exceptions.

2. Bicameralism is the practice of having a legislature divided into two separate assemblies, chambers, or houses, known as a bicameral legislature. Bicameralism is distinguished from unicameralism, in which all members deliberate and vote as a single group.

3. Elections to the Rajya Sabha are indirect; members representing States are elected by elected members of legislative assemblies of the States in accordance with the system of proportional representation by means of the single transferable vote, and those representing Union Territories are chosen in such manner as Parliament may by law prescribe. The Rajya Sabha is not subject to dissolution; one-third of its members retire every second year.

4. The Leader of the House serves as the parliamentary chairperson of the majority party in the house. If the Prime Minister is not a member of the Lower House of Parliament, they can nominate another minister as the Leader of the House.

5. The Opposition is the largest non-government party or coalition of parties in the Legislative Assembly. The Opposition's main role is to question the government of the day and hold them accountable
