-Historians express time through time scale in history. It is not any physical quantity its just a sequence through which historians relate things to each other.

-Pre history is a period of time when there was no methods of writing anything for future and Pre historic period refers to that period whose written records are not present due to inability of writing things by humans of we can say that before humans.

-Two main sources are -written records such as MANUSCRIPTS and Sculptures such as Coins,Forts and statues.

-It is a Greco-Roman periplus written in Koine Greek that describes navigation and trading opportunities from Roman Egyptian ports like Berenice Troglodytica along the coast of the Red Sea, and others along Horn of Africa, the Sindh region of Pakistan, along with southwestern regions of India. The text has been ascribed to different dates between the first and third centuries, but a mid-first century date is now the most commonly accepted.

-Monuments are the old places which were being developed by old peoples. These are also a great refrence for history example Forts, statues, etc.
