2. sima means major constituents elements of the

mantle are magnesium and silicone hence it is called sima and sial means major constituents element of the lithosphere are silica and magnesium hence it is termed as sial.

3.The northern hemisphere is the half of earth that is north of the equator .it's surface is 60.7 %water compared with 80.9%water in case of the southern hemisphere,and it contains 67.3%of earth's land.

4.our planet earth is a very complex place. all the elements and properties in the earth's system are divided into four major subsystems .The scientific term for these subsystem is biophysical elements. There are four spheres of earth including hydrosphere,biosphere, lithosphere and atmosphere.

5.The atmosphere composed of a mix of several gases whose percentage don't change from day to day are nitrogen account for 78% of the atmosphere ,oxygen 21% and argon 0.9%.
