1)Industrialization is a process in which the economy is transformed from agricultural goods to the manufacturing of goods and labor replaced by mechanized mass production. And the period of Industrialization is called Industrial Revolution which started in the 19th century.
2) four factors that helped bring about the Industrial Revolution were resources, new technology, economic conditions, political and Social Conditions. With large supplies of resources such as coal Britain was able to power more steam engines to make more supplies. New technology helped give more jobs.

- Indian farmers were forced to produce cotton plantations so that they can fuel English factories as India was then under British rule.
- Industrial Revolution brought severe consequences to society. Farmers were forced to grow cash crops in place of food crops, which resulted in awfully deadly famines in India.
- For increasing production, the Factory owners used to hire unskilled labor, profited greatly by using children and women to run the machines. At the tender age of 6 years, many children were already working 14 hours a day in factories.
- Due to Industrial Revolution, urban cities started getting overcrowded day by day.
- There were some positive effects of the Industrial Revolution also. The introduction of assembly lines and factories, electricity development, and railroads all these things contributed to the faster and more efficient production of goods and materials.
- Funding of schools and the enactment of child labor laws also came into place. As a result, the Industrial Revolution enhanced both economic production and the new lifestyle of common people.
