  1. Diversity means understanding the each individual is unique and also recognising our individual differences. The differences can be in race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, social-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.
  2. Because it is a secular state and it also craves to be secular. Regarding the actual principle of secularism to ensure separation of state from religious control, it is completely secular. It would be secular in that sense with or without modern state because that has been the nature of political entities for ages in the subcontinent.
  3. It is concept of unity without uniformity and diversity without fragmentation that shifts focus from unity based on mere tolerance of physical, cultural, linguistic, social, religious, political, ideological, or physiological differences towards a more complex unity based on an understanding
