Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP)

Explanation:

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is a national level political party in India.

The word Bahujan is derived from the Pali term which means majority. The party coined the term Bahujans to represent the majority people like the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Castes including the other religious minorities.

The party was founded in 1984 by Kanshi Ram. Its election symbol is an elephant. Kanshi Ram was succeeded by Mayawati in 2001, who remains the current leader of the party.
