 we can write it as

 3y=2x−5

 So we get 

 y=32x−5

 Substituting x=4 in the given equation 

 y=32(4)−5

 So we get

 Y=38−5

 y=33

 By division we get

 y=1

 Substituting x=−2 in the given equation 

 y=32(−2)−5

 So we get

 y=3−4−5

 y=3−9 

 By division we get

 y=−3

 Join the point through a line and find the value of y

 consider x=4 on X-axis
