on 15th August, 1957. We celebrated our
Independence Day on 15th of August every year.
This was a national holiday in our country. We
all knew that freedom come to us at a heavy cost.
It is taking years of efforts and sacrifices by our
freedom fighters before we taste the fruit of
freedom. We Indians observed the Independence
Day with great enthusiasm. School children took
out colourful processions sing the glory of India.
