Actually, Antonio was a very kind and generous person. It was like a mystery that why he is in melancholic mood. These words are quoted by Antonio so that he can express his feeling. It is not even known to him that why he is so sad.
Antonio states that he doesn't know that why he is so sad or in a melancholic mood. He is tired of it - he is tired of this kind of mood i.e, sad. He is just tired of thinking about the worldly matters. and because of him he guesses that Salerio and Salarino are also depressed as they wanted to know the reason of Antonio's sadness and this make them tired too. But , really he doesn't have any idea how he got so depressed and states that if he can't figure out what making him depressed, he must not understand himself very well.
