D. Explain water cycle with the help of detail diagram.
Answers
Explanation:
A water cycle , is also called a hydrologic cycle , describes a continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of earth . It is a earth atmospheric system . The important process involved in the water cycle are
- evaporation
- condensation
- precipitation
- transpiration
- runoff
Although the level or mass of water on the earth remains constant , it's distribution among the various process are continually changing .
When the ocean water get continuously evopares with the sunlight and the water vapour goes in the atmosphere and this process is called evaporation .
The main factors that led to for evaporation are temperature, humidity , wind speed , solar radiation .
Then the water vapour is a primary form of atmospheric moisture . Then by the process of precipitation is convert into dew then frost then fog and then clouds .
The transition of this water vapour to liquid state is called condensation . This helps the clouds to rains out again to the oceans ,seas, rivers etc...
By condensation the water vapours are released in the form precipitation. Then the process continuously goes on in this manner .
