seasonal unemployment means when a person is unemployed for the particular season

seasonal unemployment:
if a employer didnt get any employment in some months of a year then it is called seasonal unemployment
eg: in agriculture different crops need different soil types and climatic condition.so, in the same soil type and climate, so many crops cannot be yeild
this also led to debttrap
disguised unemployment:
in an agriculture plot, it is necessary only for 10 employees but 15 members work in the field if we remove the 5 extra members working in the field , there wont be any change in the production . this is known as disguised unemployment.
