Dear Romi,

       I am very thankful and I don't words to tell you regarding the great help done by you on that day when i was caught in floods  in my village:

• A natural disaster cannot be predicted and no one can predict it or get prepared for a disaster which may happen.
• During the floods last week because of your kind heart and your communication skills and timely reaction by you, you have alerted all the helping charity organizations.
• They also acted timely and arranged for flood relief material and helped the people by shifting them safely from the village to a safe location.
• We can reduce the loss from the floods by shifting of valuables from the place to a safe place and making proper drainage arrangements.
• Once again I am very much thankful to you for the help you made to me during the floods.
