Take Bromopropane and react it with NaNH2(l) or alc.KOH or tert butyl anion to get "Propene" by dehydrohalogenation.

Take 2-Bromobutane and react it with NaNH2(l) or alc.KOH to get "2-Butene" by dehydrohalogenation.

Edit : I have given and attachement with the mechanism of propene formation.The removal of H+ and Br- happen simultaneously and it is a quick reaction. The formation of 2-Butene proceeds in a similar way so I have not written it again.
