Let the remaining journey be x

According to the condition :-

total journey = 2/5 + 3/7 + x

x = 1-(2/5 +3/7)

by cross multiplication of 2/5 and 3/7

x = 1 - 29/35

x = 35/35 - 29/35

x = 6/35

the distance which she yet to cover = 6/35
