TMS stands for Tawa Matsya Sangh.In 1994,the government gave permission for the private contractors for fishing.so,the people stood united and decided that they had to form an organisation to protect thier rights and thus TMS was formed.So this tells us that it has made the lives of the people much easier than before as they were allowed to fish.Fishing helped them in food and they could also sell the fishing and earn on it
