ANSWER:

Due to plant of large vacuole in mature plant cell the nucleus occupies the peripheral position.

EXPLANATION:

A large vacuole is present occupies the half of the space of the cell and hence pushing the nucleus towards the corner of the cell.

The plant cell have 'single centrally located vacuole' which makes nucleus to move in boundary. It occupies most of the plant space that is about 80% and also more than 80%
