Answer :

The angles of triangle are :-

  • 40°
  • 60°
  • 80°

Step-by-step explanation :-

To Find,

  • The measure of all angles

Solution,

Figure,

  • Refer the attachment.

Given that,

  • The angles of a triangle are in the ratio of 2 : 3 : 4

As we know that,

Sum of all angles of triangle = 180°, therefore

Let us assume the angles as 2x, 3x and 4x.

2x + 3x + 4x = 180°

» 2x + 3x + 4x = 180

» 5x + 4x = 180

» 9x = 180

» x = 180 / 9

» x = 20

The value of x is 20.

Now, let's find out the angles of triangle,

  • The measure of angle which we assumed as 2x,

» 2x

» 2 × 20

» 40° ★

  • The measure of angle which we assumed as 3x,

» 3x

» 3 × 20

» 60° ★

  • The measure of angle which we assumed as 4x,

» 4x

» 4 × 20

» 80° ★

The measure of all angles of triangle are :-

  • 40°
  • 60°
  • 80°
