- To begin with 'who' it has been turned into interrogative sentence of wh-question. Verb has been put after the wh-word and question mark must be put at the end.

- So-that is placed by too in the sentence. And the negation has been omitted.

- The degree of comparison has been turned into comparative degree. And sentence has been turned into negative. And two subjects have exchanged their places.
