Answer:1):the modern period in India is associated with scientific progress, industrialization, colonization and urbanization or grouth of cities. these changing trends were first visible in Europe. In course of time ,they also exercised a dignified impact on India.

Newspapers reflected opinions and provided chronology of events. books such as general books, autobiographies, biographies, magazines etc.,. helps the person to get the message and it also improves the readability of the person.
