Given:

Peak voltage=10 V

To Find: bias voltage

Solution:

To limit output voltage of  a positive limiter to=5\ V

Assume biased volatge=5\ V

The bias voltage is

V+0.7=5\\=4.3 \ V

Therefore the bias voltage is 4.3 \ V.
