Given : 1. b + 3 < 10

3. 13 - 7m > -1

4. p² + 6p - 7 = 0

5. 2m² = 50

6. n² - 7n = -10

To Find : Which has only one solution or  more than one

Solution:

b + 3 < 10

=> b < 7

more than one

13 - 7m > -1

=>  -7m > - 14

=> - m > - 2

=> m < 2

more than one

p² + 6p - 7 = 0

=> p² + 7p - p - 7 = 0

=> p(p + 7) - 1(p + 7) = 0

=> (p - 1)(p + 7) = 0

=> p = 1 , - 7

two , more than one

2m² = 50

=> m² = 25

=> m = ± 5

two , more than one

n² - 7n = -10

=> n² - 7n + 10 = 0

=> n² - 2n - 5n + 10 = 0

=> n(n - 2) - 5(n - 2) = 0

=> (n - 5)(n - 2) = 0

=> n = 5 , n = 2

two ,  more than one
