Answer:

Air, water and land are natural resources i.e they are provided to us by nature. Land resources are considered to be a natural resource of utmost importance because they support natural vegetation, wildlife, human life, economic activities etc. Air is important for all the living organisms.

Answer:

I would add some refinement to your statement.

Potable Water

Arable Land

Clean Air

These are the valuable resources in short supply.

With clean water, you can farm arid land.

With abundant solar energy, you can clean and desalinate seawater.

So, that leaves Clean Air, by which I mean Air which supports respiration, and does not contain toxic smog, industrial solvents, lead, carbon, PCB, dioxin, NOX, or a thousand other harmful components. This includes excess green house gasses. If the balance is wrong, the climate is altered, the whole ecosystem suffers.

The Atmosphere, the Air we breathe, is shared by the whole Planet. It is not contained by national borders. The actions of any nation has an effect on all nations. Climate change impacts all lands, all forests, rivers, oceans, even deserts. Once the balance is altered, it is not easily changed back to what it was.

We, as Humans, need to stop polluting the Air. It is our most valuable resource.

Burning Fossil Fuel for energy to run our technology is the driving force behind climate change. This Energy Technology needs to change. Solar, Wind, Wave, Geothermal. Green Energy Technologies need to replace Fossil Energy wherever possible. This is of immediate importance.
