The part of the sentence which is in bold is the subject of the sentence and the
which is underlined is the predicate of the sentence. As you can see, the subject can
consist of one or more than one word and it is the doer of the action. It generally precedes
the predicate. The predicate of the sentence consists of more than one word. It tells about
the subject.
