basically both are same schedule tribe is a community of low caste in society, and they are especially not used to carry out any thing form the public place because of (low caste). they had to follow the instructions of untouchability which means to stay away and do there own things by own and not entering in high cast community, untouchability is also a rule given by our pandits at ancient time that to not contact ( means no communication)with them as if there illogical thought was there that our caste will gone if they touch any high caste people.
