Answer:
- Agricultural labourers who are mostly landless and form a significant section of rural society mainly depend on wage employment in agriculture. Majority of them belong to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes and among the worst exploited section of society.
- Unlike the industrial worker who are well organised agricultural labourers are neither well organised nor well paid. Their income has always been lacking in quantity or quality, resulting in poor living heavy duty. Before independence, their position was nothing better than serfs. They were required to do all sort of work from dawn to dusk. They were victim of social discrimination and economic exploitation.

Actually, the central government is not allocating enough funds to agriculture. compared to the developed countries all over the world. even though they allot some percentage, that amount travels a lot from hands to hands of political people and getting a unofficial rewards for every transaction and finally goes to a farmer with very meager amount. that poor farmer doesn't know about the exact amount he has been allotted, he sadly accept the amount and start do farming reducing his daily expenditure and putting more amount to agriculture to serve people. ironically who was suppose to the right job is unpredictable
